Rain KissedMy week was pretty crazy. I had a quiz and homework due on Monday, and oral on Tuesday, Midterm Wednesday, and Midterm Thursday.
Today is, of course, Thursday.
After completing my EAP application (which sadly had some papers missing, thus why it's taking so long), I decided to walk back to my apartment.
Along the way, it started sprinkling, so I decided to sit down under an arch of one of the buildings.
It's really pleasant, just sitting and gazing out into the world.
And then realizing there's an old man taking your picture with his camera phone out of nowhere. Kind of creepy, kind of flattering.
I saw some interesting things -
*A group of visitors doing my school cheer.
*The same group walking off for a long, long distance only to realize the group wasn't moving. They ran back afterwards. Hehe.
*A photographer under the arch opposite me, pointing his camera towards the back of a bike, when really he was further behind.
*Two umbrellas that moved in opposite directions of the same distinct neon shade, but different colors, red and green.
*A girl walking in a skirt and sandals and her look alike appearing later with sneakers and jeans.
*A mother walking her baby home in a stroller with a blanket draped over.
*Another mother taking shelter from the rain with her child.
*A man riding a bicycle with a fuschia water bottle.
*A man dressed in a business suit with a mismatching umbrella.
*Raindrops dancing like bells on the ground.
*The sound of dancing raindrops.
*Being kissed by the rain on my eyelashes and my forehead.
*A man stretching for his run next to me.
*A girl with a black umbrella that had cat ears.
*A marvelous little golden brown puppy that ran up the stairs.
*A group of students laughing at each other for stepping on the 6th step.
*The bells ringing.
*The picture of the world moving in the rain.
My tears of joy and sadness for my life.
It was a beautiful day today.
